I hope you enjoyed my conversation with Kelly. Like I mentioned in the show, I have been following her for a long time. I love her heart behind why she does this. Her meal plans and recipes are very easy to follow. I don't know about you but surviving food is truly a thing. She shared so many tips that I found very useful. I employed one of them a couple of weeks ago. I allowed the girls to plan dinner. Sinclair chose pork tenderloin and Rory chose spaghetti. Sinclair doesn't particularly love spaghetti and she said she didn't want to eat it. I remembered Kelly's tip and I told her that it was Rory's choice and we will support her because we are family. Sometimes having someone give you the words to say is just so helpful. And my picky eater, Rory, who doesn't like steamed broccoli is now a fan--as long as it is comes slathered in butter. #winning

I am thrilled that Kelly is giving away a copy of her ebook--Meal Planning Made Easy for listeners of Surviving Sarah. To receive the ebook, simply enter your email to subscribe to my blog. (Since you may be reading to this after this episode aired, email me after you subscribe and I'll send you the ebook). After you do that, go check out her site. She has so much to offer!
